At One Stop Pet, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation terms below:

🕒 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

📩 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID:

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
