📦 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet food

  • Treats

  • Opened or used products


📅 Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is verified and approved

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side


🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges

  • Customers can return eligible products and place a new order
