Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible but you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the item.

Contact our support team with your order number. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately.
Q10. How will I get my refund if I cancel?
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: cancellation doesn't require refund.

You can request a return/exchange within 1 day of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Once we receive the return and it passes QC, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank/UPI may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect.
